RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event of a return all items must be in perfect condition and in orginal packaging. Any return must be made within 31 days of purchase. A restocking fee of 25% and a postage fee applies to any eligible returns.
The supplier will not be liable for any customers/persons lost or damage goods after the products have left the store.
Products that are not installed and signed off by a lisensed trade, do not fall under warrenty and the return & refund policy and therefore tile-easy will not be liable for the return or refund of these products.
